Also, if you use our giving application, donation receipts with personal information will be provided to the designated charity unless you select the option to be anonymous.
Business Transfers – If we are acquired by or merged with another company, if parts of our assets are transferred to another company, or as part of a bankruptcy proceeding, we may transfer the personal information we have collected to the acquiring company or entity.
