Heidi Metcalf Little
Before being promoted to Chief Diaper Changer, Heidi began her almost 20 year career with Procter & Gamble. In addition to serving a Governor and a President, she co-founded a workforce development and college prep nonprofit, advised private donors on international giving, oversaw HIV/AIDS projects in Africa and directed a research center on international philanthropy. Recently she has had the opportunity to teach nonprofit management as an adjunct instructor at Virginia Commonwealth University. Heidi earned her BA from the University of Virginia and her MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School. She and her husband Ross live in Richmond, VA and have two young children.
