As a writer and speaker, Lisa’s heart beats for encouraging women, supporting parents in their role as a child’s first and best teacher, and pointing people to Jesus.
She’s been on staff or written for popular brands, including Southern Living magazine, Kindermusik International, and Reading Rainbow, as well as published two of her own books (Simplifying Rest and A 30-Day Guided Writing Journal for Christian Writers). More recently, Lisa served as the Communications Director and Online Church Director for a large multi-site church in north Atlanta.
However, Lisa considers some of her life’s best work to be the Brand Manager for Family Christian, helping others to experience simple moments with Jesus in their everyday living.
Lisa lives in north Atlanta, with her husband of 25+ years, Clay, and their two daughters, Emerson and Ellery.
